How do you use your energy....

I was reading a post from this amazing woman I followed who was fighting cancer. An she stated if I truly cared what people thought about me with all of the negative comments I would have committed suicide. She stated that so many people who had no idea what was going on had so much to say but didn't even know the half of what was really going on. How many times are we as people on the outside looking in and judging others and situations. Sometimes we don't even realize we are judging. Have you ever took the time to see how your energy is affecting those around you? How are you influencing those connected to you. Sometimes we as people are the toxic ones and due to our own circumstances we allow our toxic opinions and energy flow into others. Every day that we have is a blessing. Even when we might feel all hell is breaking lose but its what we do in the face of adversity and how we choose to respond to situations that is important. Today I challenge you all to pay attention to the energy that you put out into this world. An really evaluate yourself and see what kind of person you are being in this world.
